How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Once you placed the order, it is no longer editable. You may contact us if you wish to modify or cancel your order.

An item is missing from my shipment. |

Please refer to the packing list enclosed with your order. Since this store does not tie to our inventory system, it is not unusual to have items that are out of stock or discontinued. We try our best to maintain the accuracy of this site. Please note that your account will not be charged for items that aren't shipped. If an item is indeed missing, please contact us immediately! |
When will my backorder arrive? |

We don't do backorders. Any out-of-stock items will be deleted from the order and your account will not be charged.
