Pick-ups are available on request and subject to availability of staffing. Our address is: 1275 Evans Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm.

When will my order deliver? |

Please allow 5-7 business days to have your order delivered. We will deliver your order after we confirm the account information with Finance. It may take longer if the account information you provided is incorrect or invalid and we may contact you for additional information. Our delivery schedules are Mondays and Fridays.

What is the return policy? |
|
We no longer accept returns on merchandise received via stock-outs. Returns require significant time from the Operations and
Finance departments and are costly to process.
